1 John 4:19-20, “We love because He first loved us. If anyone says, ‘I love God,’ and hates his brother, he is a liar…”
At best, speech and acts and experiences of worship when hatred is harbored in our hearts is a lie.
At worst it may mean that we have never been regenerated to know and love God in Christ.
By His Spirit, may we love as we’ve been loved.
