Isaiah 55:13, “Instead of the thorn shall come up the cypress, and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle; and it shall make a name for YHWH, an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.”
With the resurrection, the thorns of our curse which crowned the brow of our King sprout into the flowering trees of steadfast love and faithfulness, such that the horror of the Fall becomes the rich soil from which grows the beauty of Redemption. Here YHWH makes an everlasting name for Himself.
