What a wonder that this day is before us…..every one of us who have and are treasuring Christ as all….every one of us will be a part of the “Bride” who receives and is received by the fullness of God in the Slain and Risen Lamb.
And on that day, we will rejoice in the substance of which the joy of earthly weddings is only the shadow; we will glory in the fellowship of which earthly intimacy is only a far off echo; and our souls will drink forever from the river of which all earthly gladnesses are only tributaries and rivulets. We will know—and forever increase in knowing—the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, and so be filled with all the fullness of God (Eph.3:19).
